Comcast followup

So I was looking at my comcast bill tonight, and noticed something odd.

They were charging me $3.00 for a modem lease, even though I had bought my modem in the beginning using the Comcast Offers website.

So I called in and asked them to remove it, which they did after a few minutes on hold.

But just in case you did the renegotiation with Comcast, be aware of that charge.
