That means 50% off sales at all your local drug stores. Go to Walgreens, Rite Aid, Longs Drugs. The more off the beaten path, the more variety of Halloween candy they'll have at 50% off.
If they're especially off the beaten path, you can wait until later this week, when things drop to 75% off. By 2 weeks out what's left will be marked down to 90% off.
